I am a champion for the customer, understanding that without them, we cease to exist. Customers are the epicenter of the universe as related to business since we rely on their patronage for our very existence. With many competitive options available to customers it is imperative we demonstrate, through our actions, that we appreciate and value them.

My first employer, upon graduating college, was the company now known as Verizon, in Customer Service. After one year of service I was promoted to Technical Support and within a few years was promoted again to managing that department. I stayed in that role until I was recruited to manage a team in National Accounts. I stayed in National Accounts until the building was closed down due to relocating all functions to a new call center in Charleston, South Carolina.

I decided to step away from the corporate world to delve into Real Estate Sales. I stayed in Real Estate for a number of years but experienced a change in my personal life that lead me back into the corporate world, where I've been ever since.

Since re-entry into the corporate world, I've been with Delta Dental, both in Customer Service and Claims and most recently with Millennium Systems International, first in Customer Success and now in Integrated Payments. My short term goal is to learn all I can about the products and services we support and to gain a position back in leadership so that I can utilize my extensive management experience in leading our team in both meeting and exceeding the company's goals and objectives.

I am a goal-oriented, hard worker, who puts in the time to meet and exceed company goals. I look forward to meeting my next challenge.
